Seven Days

Let’s take a look back at the days we’ve spent together
Do you remember the first day we met?
Meeting for the very first time as strangers
Do you remember the second day we smiled?
Smiling to express our happiness and joy
Do you remember the third day we held hands?
Holding each other’s hand as a sign to never let go
It has been three days since we’ve known each other
And I’m beginning to feel like something

Wrapping my arms around your body to secure your safety

Kissing you to prove that you are the only one for me
It has been six days since we’ve known each other
