You never took the time to look at me in the eye

Like you just didn’t care at all

Please explain; why do you have to turn and run away?

But I will not stop you at any day, anytime, anywhere at all

Instead, I will wipe my tears and smile for the world

I can leave the past behind, but it cannot be forgotten

I can face the future, but decisions must be made

The past constructs the future which only left remain is the present

I am ready because it is my time to rise and shine right now
